HD-HYJ-B manufacturing machine of Italy-type sanitary towel with wings.
The machine is a kind of new product manufactured on the basis of similar equipments both at home and abroad. It can be added with macromolecule or medicine equipments according to the demands of clients.
1. Steady operation with transmission of chain; forming of hot-sealing film, guide slot forming film and wing-type cutting are all attached with center distance trimming device; the pulverizer and main engine are imitated Italy-styles.
2. The cotton-core of sanitary towel is cut by circular-arc sword with automatic reclaiming of corner cuttings.
3. The inner and out layer of the sanitary towel are coated by special coating device.
4. The paper in the middle of the towel and both wings are coated with special coating device instead of spray machine.
5. The cutting knife is made of special alloy, with structure of single-sword and single-module. With special protection device, it operates without noises and impact. The knife has long lifetime with low cost.
6. Special waste material withdrawing device which can separate end products from waste materials automatically.
7. A special computer-controlling system is ready for use which can make the operation easier.
